About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that support brand growth, market expansion, and revenue generation across the business. The role is primarily based at the company’s roasting facility and head office, focusing on business-level marketing functions rather than retail operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, enhancing market presence across wholesale, online, and retail channels, and delivering data-driven marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s commercial objectives. This role will play a key part in connecting product development and production capabilities with target markets, ensuring consistent brand messaging and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, implement and evaluate marketing strategies to support business growth, brand positioning, and market expansion
· Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions
· Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness and revenue
· Manage and optimise the company’s digital marketing activities, including website performance, SEO/SEM, and online engagement
· Oversee brand development and ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing and communication channels
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders across production, sales, and operations to align marketing strategies with business objectives
· Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
· Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and project delivery to ensure effective and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Skills & Experience
1. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role
3. Demonstrated ability to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
4. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO and SEM, with an understanding of online performance optimization
5. Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar platforms) and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making
6. Experience in managing digital content, email marketing campaigns, and online platforms as part of broader marketing initiatives
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
8. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
9. Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and a commercial mindset
10. Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are desirable
