From our humble beginnings as a motoring enthusiast's club, the New Zealand AA (Automobile Association) has grown into a large, dynamic organisation offering many services and products to more than a million Members.

And now we’re growing the team and have a number of Marketing Specialist opportunities available.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

The specific roles we have available are:
Marketing Specialist, Insurance and Finance – is a versatile marketing role supporting a broad product portfolio, requiring adaptability to deliver strategic, data-driven and direct campaign activity including AA Life, Health, Travel and Pet Insurance, and AA Money brands.
Marketing Specialist, Home – is a focused role centred on driving customer growth through end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital strategy and performance of the home services available under our AA Home brand.
Marketing Specialist, Member Benefit Engagement – focuses on facilitating and executing a Member communications programme aimed at increasing awareness, engagement and utilisation of the over 45 ways to save by being an AA Member. With a strong emphasis on direct to Member activity, while maintaining close collaboration across internal teams and managing marketing operations efficiently.

Across all positions you’ll use data and customer insights to optimise performance, manage and contribute to the development of campaign assets and creative, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, targeted marketing. The roles also include budget management, reporting, and analysis of market trends.

About You | Mōu

You’re a performance-focused marketing professional, experienced in managing multi-channel campaigns who uses data and insights to drive effective decision-making. You'll have strong communication and presentation skills, be highly organised, and excel at building relationships across teams. A background in marketing with relevant qualifications and experience within the New Zealand business environment is essential. You’ll be self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on delivering measurable results, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while collaborating closely with others to achieve business goals.
