Digital Marketing Team Lead-Responsibilities
• Understand the company's services, buyer persona, and Inbound Marketing to create appropriate, relevant content across marketing channels.
• Create content - Blog writing for the website and social media
• Create content for the website, including PRs, case studies, and landing pages.
• Optimise historical content to ensure it is fresh and relevant.
• Create and visualise digital marketing content (infographics, videos, posters, banners).
• Create creative, trending written and visual content for social media campaigns and ads.
• Understand lead profiles and implement targeted email campaigns.
• Research for and be up to date on trends to steer content creation efforts in the right direction to meet market demand.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for the company.
• Continuously work on the SEO of the website.
• Develop, maintain, test, and execute campaigns across channels (social, email, SEM, SEO, affiliate, etc.) to increase new users and engagement and drive conversions.
• Gather and track customer data to inform advertising spending and channel allocations.
• Good command over keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimisation, meta-tag creation, link building, image optimisation, internal links, backlinks optimization and other SEO-related activities.
• Generate weekly near analytics reports and analyze them.
Must have-
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with SEO and SEM
• Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Experience in handling a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Located in Pune, ready to join in 30 days (before 1st of June'23
