With a community of 6000 peer supporters and a passionate team of 100 changemakers, PANHA offers essential services including an anonymous chat platform, peer support, AI-driven support, and counseling therapy sessions. PANHA addresses issues such as breakup trauma, academic pressure, financial stress, anxiety, and depression, providing empathetic support and professional counseling. Our vision is to decrease suicide rates and create a compassionate, supportive community for mental health.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Team Leader. The Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading the marketing team, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing projects, coordinating team activities, and driving marketing goals to achieve the organization's vision.

• Sales and Marketing skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the mental health or non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
