• Manage the implementation, maintenance, adoption, and support for multiple marketing technology platforms
• Assist with user queries, trouble shooting and provide support in responding to any system alerts
• Coaching the Marketing and Sales teams through solution capabilities and utilization of technology in line with the strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with the MarTech team and business partners to evaluate, assess, and introduce capabilities and platform enhancements to the marketing technology roadmap
• Researching and identifying new trends and capabilities, assessing technical feasibility of new technologies and integrations
• Supporting change management plans for stakeholder alignment, user training, guidance, and documentation
• Identify areas where technology and automation can lead to repeatable, efficient, and effective marketing campaigns

Responsible for the implementation, automation, adoption, and ongoing use of customer engagement platforms across our business divisions, for marketing technology and enterprise marketing data strategy that accelerates business goals, delivers competitive advantage.
This role will be speaking directly with operational people to understand their challenges from a technical perspective and translate these challenges into technical tasks for implementation.
The role will provide support and guidance on multiple elements in the marketing technology stack, including major platforms for CRM, CMS, and marketing automation to specialized solutions for enterprise social media management, content marketing, experience management, B2B / B2C apps and more.
