Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and implement regional activations to support branches achieve their business targets.
• Responsible for Retail branding on ground and maintenance of brand hygiene
• Increase brand visibility by ensuring the implementation of meaningful direction signages, neighborhood branding and tie-ups with local authorities
• Plan and implement the merchandising at all the branches and other centres in the circle
• Drive the customer meets at branches every month and develop plan to increase footfalls
• Provide marketing and branding support to branches and circle
• Ensure capturing of leads along with their tracking and reporting
• Visit the centers regularly to ensure updated branding and customer experience standards are met
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduation/ Post-Graduation from a recognized institute, MBA (Marketing) would be preferred
• 4-6 years in similar profile in a bank or financial institute, retail activation agency or other agencies. Similar experience in marketing in other industry is also accepted
