Position - Marketplace operation
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Location: Bagru, rajasthan
Requirement: Experience in E Commerce Platforms
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with category managers at marketplaces and other to decide pricing, content, inventory, creatives and discount
• Keeping our catalogue updated
• Finding new marketplaces to list our products
• Reconciliation of payment from all market places with internal accounts team.
• Keeping track of all dispatches with in TAT
• Returns and scrap management
• Coordination with warehouse team for order dispatches. Regular visit at warehouse for physical inspection of goods, order movement etc..
• Address customer’s feedback
