Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The primary responsibility of this role is to capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties for upcoming projects. The candidate will be involved in documenting properties, ensuring that the images represent the features of the properties accurately, and supporting our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit residential and commercial properties in and around Jaipur for our new projects.
• Take clear, high-quality photographs of properties from multiple angles, ensuring to capture all key features.
• Ensure that all images are taken in optimal lighting conditions to highlight the property’s strengths.
• Upload and organize the photographs for use in marketing materials, project listings, and online platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and project management teams to understand the project’s requirements and take photos accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of property details and locations for future reference.
• Occasionally assist with other marketing tasks, such as content creation or promotional material distribution.
• Ensure that all photos are captured with permission and are in compliance with company guidelines.
