What you will be doing:
You will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of Adobe Experience Cloud products, providing expert guidance to our development teams, and ensuring seamless integration and implementation., e.g. AEM, AJO, Target, CDP etc..
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
Lead the design and architecture of solutions utilizing Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Conduct regular assessments and optimizations of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Adobe Experience Cloud and related technologies.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation and roadmaps.
Oversee the integration of Adobe Experience Cloud products with other enterprise systems.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for development teams and stakeholders.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation and support.
Manage and mitigate risks associated with Adobe Experience Cloud projects.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and its components, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Workfront.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Experience in guiding and mentoring development teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have:
Certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Experience with other Adobe products and solutions.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and integrations.
Experience with data privacy and compliance regulations.
Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) strategies and best practices.
Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in marketing and customer experience.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
