Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mass Media Professor located in Mumbai. The Mass Media Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses in mass media and communication, developing and updating curriculum, mentoring students, and conducting research in relevant fields. Additionally, the professor will engage in academic advising, participate in departmental meetings, contribute to the institute’s research output, and stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mass media.
Qualifications
• Extensive knowledge in Mass Media, Communication, and related fields
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and student mentoring
• Strong research skills, including the capability to conduct and publish research
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues
• Ph.D. in Mass Media, Communication, or a related field is highly desirable
• Previous professional experience in the mass media industry is beneficial
