As a tutor/mentor, you will enjoy not only sharing your knowledge, but also having the opportunity to provide guidance to students which will ultimately make a positive contribution to their learning and growth as individuals. We are recruiting tutors for Math, Science and English for all grade levels for a September start date. If you have a good academic record and great interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you!
JOB DUTIES
Assist students with homework and assignments
Teach them concepts at their grade level
Create and mark quizzes for students to ensure understanding of material
Provide mentorship and motivation to students!
We offer very flexible working hours that are ideal for all full or part time students in a very friendly and fun working environment! We are hiring for our Aldergrove location ( Intersection of Fraser Highway and 271 street ) and have some online sessions where you can work from home.
At Math4me, we value our tutors/mentors and ensure that they grow professionally as well as intellectually from their experiences at Math4me. We do so by providing you with ample growth opportunities to help further your professional development through valuable experiences. These skills and experiences combined with our enthusiasm to provide our tutors/mentors with references which are representative of their work, has proven helpful in achieving their goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for passionate, reliable, and professional tutors to join our team! You must have great communication skills and a passion for teaching students.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)
