Position Summary:
Westbrook Tutoring is hiring for a premium in-person tutoring opportunity in the Edmonton area of Alberta, Canada for students in Grades 7-12. This position is part-time, flexible, and provides excellent compensation.
Candidates with a strong understanding of junior high and high school mathematics (including algebra, functions, geometry, trigonometry, and statistics/probability) are invited to apply.
The ideal candidate might have experience as a:
Certified teacher
Substitute teacher
B.Ed student in at least their third year of study
Mature candidate with other education experience
Candidates should be:
Trained and professional
Reliable
Cleared to work with minors (or able to obtain a background check)
Confident with in-person instruction
Comfortable supporting students in at least Grades 7-12
