Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Mathematics Teacher to teach and mentor students in the areas of mathematics, with a focus on preparing them for the IIT/JEE entrance exams. Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive mathematics lessons for IIT/JEE aspirants.
• Create and implement effective teaching strategies and techniques that promote student learning and success.
• Provide individualized attention and support to students, including tutoring, mentoring, and coaching.
• Evaluate student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and ensure consistent instruction across all courses.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of mathematics education and incorporate new knowledge into classroom instruction.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in mathematics or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience
• Expertise in mathematics, with a focus on calculus, algebra, and geometry.
• Familiarity with the IIT/JEE entrance exams and experience in preparing students for these exams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
