Role Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for Educators to join the newly established Ed-Tech product to develop adaptable and personalized learning for cracking competitive examinations like JEE and NEET examinations in India.
This position is with Q&I (www.qanditoday.com) which is an India Today Group company.
It is highly desirable if you come from the Ed-Tech industry and possess a strong pedigree of Tier-I education and professional background.
This role will develop and bring in very exciting personal, professional growth opportunities as the new Ed-Tech venture and products takes shape and makes its impact pan-India.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Job Description:
• The role will be to teach students aspiring for IIT, the subject will be Mathematics. You will be required to teach online in front of a camera in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding
• Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students
• Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject.
• Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques
• Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality
• Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students' live questions
• Expert level proficiency for JEE main
• Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
• Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements.
• Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes.
• Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools.
• Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation.
• Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.
• Produce answers that are 100% accurate
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience
· BE/BTech /MTech /PhD from IIT or reputed NIT (For JEE).
· Minimum of 5 years of prior teaching experience (For JEE)
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Goal-oriented attitude
· Very strong academic record
