Wanted Maths faculty for Class IX -Xii (Cbse/State Board) students.- Must have atleast one year of experience in teaching Maths Subject.- Must possess good knowledge in the subject.- Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Punctual & Responsible.Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Teach Mathematics to students of classes IX, X, XI, and XII as per the CBSE or State Board curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, learning modules, and weekly/monthly teaching schedules. Deliver interactive and concept-based lessons to ensure student understanding and interest. Use teaching aids, visual tools, technology, and real-life examples to make complex concepts accessible. Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and create a respectful, focused learning environment. Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a productive classroom setting. Encourage participation, address doubts, and ensure that all students feel included and supported. Student Assessment: Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, assignments, and practice papers. Evaluate student performance using both formative and summative assessments. Identify learning gaps and implement remedial strategies for students who need additional support. Provide timely feedback to students and parents about academic progress. Exam Preparation and Guidance: Train students thoroughly for CBSE/State Board examinations, including internal assessments and final exams. Teach advanced problem-solving techniques and strategies for objective and subjective type questions. Conduct revision sessions, mock tests, and model exam practice to enhance exam readiness. Guide students on time management and stress handling during examination periods. Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and grades. Prepare progress reports and submit them to the academic coordinator or principal regularly. Document lesson plans, curriculum progress, and any additional academic interventions taken. Parent-Teacher Communication: Participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to discuss student performance and behavior. Offer suggestions for improvement and collaborate with parents on student development plans. Maintain open lines of communication with guardians to ensure a supportive academic environment. Professional Development: Stay updated with changes in the CBSE/State Board curriculum and examination formats. Participate in workshops, training programs, and peer learning initiatives. Share best practices and contribute to academic discussions within the faculty team. Technology Integration: Use digital tools and e-learning platforms (like smart boards, Google Classroom, or MS Teams) to enhance lesson delivery.
