What you will do?
At Mentora, you will be using your skills and understanding of mathematical concepts to teach students in who are in Grades 7 to 12 across Indian and international curricula. This is a remote role, open only to candidates currently residing in Bengaluru.

Efficiency Expected in Below Categories:
• Teaching
• Effective and Simplistic Communication to ensure that students can comprehend the subject matter.
• Mathematical Topics & Concepts - Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Applied Mathematics / Core & Extended Math, Statistics & Probability, Mathematical Studies (IB), Further Mathematics / A-Level Math, ,Quantitative Reasoning / SAT/ACT Math (if applicable).
• Classroom & Students Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver clear, structured, and engaging online Math classes (individual or group)
• Prepare curriculum-specific lesson plans and assessments
• Track student performance and provide timely feedback
• Use platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams efficiently
• Adapt teaching methods for different student levels and syllabus requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 2 years of overall teaching experience
• Minimum 1 year of online tutoring experience
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
• Must currently reside in Bengaluru
Note: Freshers and non-teaching professionals will not be considered
Technical Requirements:
• Pen tablet or digital writing pad
• Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone
• Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps)
• Comfortable with online teaching tools and digital whiteboards
Work Hours
• Flexible schedule depending on student availability
• Preference for tutors available during evenings and weekends
Compensation:
• Compensation is monthly, depending on:
• Subject complexity
• Grade level
• Curriculum/board
• Individual or group session format
