Job Description
Representation in Courts (litigation):2 to 5 years of previous experience / practice in the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi, in Family Law (including, Child Custody, Domestic Violence Complaints, petitions for divorce, maintenance) and civil laws.• Substantial experience in drafting, inter alia, SLPs, writ petitions, appeals, revision petitions, transfer petitions, complaints, evidence affidavits, civil suits, written statements / replies, replications / rejoinders, written submissions, admission / denial affidavits, and statements of claim among other pleadings.• Legal research and familiarity with legal search engines such as, inter alia, Manupatra / SCC Online. Publications in legal journals on topics of family law. • Due diligence and drafting / vetting of legal documents, contracts and agreements.
