About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter (Sales/GTM) to join our team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent with a focus on positions in the Sales / GTM space. This position can be located remotely in India / Singapore
What your impact will be:
- Focus on Global Sales/GTM recruiting needs
- After ramp-up, deliver at least 3-4 hires per month
- Work closely with our business leaders to identify recruiting needs, strategy and execution
- Act as a main point of contact on all recruiting related questions for stakeholders
- Guide hiring managers through our recruiting process, from req intake to onboarding
- Consistently build, organize and cultivate diverse pipelines of qualified candidates
- Lead projects to improve process and build a best in class experience for candidates
- Be a driver for change within the TA function, sharing best practice across the team, and bringing new ideas and perspective to peers and leadership
What you will bring:
- 8+ years experience in a corporate recruiting position
- Hands-on experience in hiring Sales / GTM talent in global environment
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and collaborate with various internal teams (HR, Finance, etc.)
- Experience with process improvement projects and a solutions focus
- Devotion to mitigating bias in interviews, creating diverse candidate pipelines and generally including candidates of all backgrounds

- Experience with Greenhouse or other modern ATS’s
- Prior experience with DE&I; hiring strategies and tools
- Employer branding experience
