HR Recruitment Executive
1.Managing end to end activities from sourcing to on-boarding of candidates
2 Managing sourcing for suitable candidates as per job requirements and critical attributes as required for the role and ensuring delivery of quality resumes within specified turnaround time.
3 Sourcing for quality resumes and conduct initial HR round, judge suitability of the candidates with reference to work culture & environment, salary expectations
4 Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization
5.End to End Recruitment -
6.Lateral Hiring
7.Client Co-ordination
8.Manage entire hiring lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, scheduling, tracking, onboarding, etc.
9.Maintaining all portals like naukri.com, indeed, LinkedIn, Monster etc.
10.Role - 100% Recruitment & Client Co-ordination
Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience in Hiring across IT and Non-IT functions - Sales, Operations, Corporate Functions - Experience in hunting from Internet Product Organizations will be an add-on
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
1. 0-5 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all 2. levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff.
3. Bachelor or MBA
4. Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience.
5. Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
6. Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
7. Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data
mining and internet research

Salary: ₹8,163.14 - ₹26,916.55 per month
