Job Description
2. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, decisions, processes, policies, and procedures
3. Effectively work with leaders for employee retention and engagement
4. Facilitate Performance Management and manage performance management lifecycle to enable consistent high performance
5. Support the delivery of cyclical HR processes like quarterly talent reviews, promotions, Annual appraisal etc.
6. Review department structures and staffing situation with all function heads on a monthly/quarterly basis
7. Headcount planning for corporate office and partner in succession planning
8. Initiating forums and mechanism towards enhancing employee experience, improving retention, and motivating people to achieve their fullest potential
+. Assist Talent Acquisition in the hiring of new employees or movements of staff from Restaurants to corporate office
10. Monitor and govern the first 12 months of all new joiners/movements to corporate office
11. Analyse opinion survey scores and implement/review the action plans by department and at organization level
12. Qualitative analysis of all People metrics related to corporate office
13. Drive the engagement calendar on a quarterly calendar (e.g., recognition events, etc.)
14. Deliver communications on a broad spectrum of employee engagement initiatives, priorities and focus on the delivery methods for maximum employee engagement
15. Creating forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis
16. Managing exit interviews & exit process and support the business in analysing the data and provide innovative solutions to improve retention rates.
