We are seeking a Teaching Assistant with a tech background to help team members with various tasks such as taking interviews for incoming candidates, answering basic tech related questions, as well as work closely with Training Managers to support the growth and learning of candidates in training. This ideal candidate should be proficient and knowledgeable with industry tools for building enterprise level web applications, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be well-presented and professional in all interactions
Must have:
3-5 years of experience working with React or Angular, Node.js, and MongoDB
Proficient with JavaScript (ES5 and ES6) coding and best practices
In depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
Knowledge of website design and development
Understanding of RESTful architecture and strategies
Familiarity with AGILE/SCRUM workflow
Working knowledge of various JavaScript libraries such as Axios, Redux, NgRx, RxJS, etc
Well spoken English skills and strong interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and well-presented in all interactions
Nice to have:
Experience with Typescript is a huge plus
Experience with CSS Preprocessors like SCSS, SASS, Stylus, etc
Experience working with Node.js back-ends, such as Express.js, Nest.js, etc
AWS / Azure Cloud / GCP experience is nice to have
GraphQL experience
