The Role
As a Mechanic in our Botany Downs store, you will be the go-to expert for keeping customer vehicles running smoothly and safely, being responsible for running diagnostics, maintenance and repair work on a variety of passenger vehicles. It is essential that you have a keen eye for detail, problem-solving mindset and have a safety-first approach in all aspects of your role.
To be successful you must have:
A Level 4 Certificate in Light Automotive, or NZQA recognised equivalent degree
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Mechanic and WOF ticket would be advantageous
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency
Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
