Mechanic / Vehicle Technician – £41,000 OTE + Overtime
Location: Stapleford
Salary: Up to £41,000 On Target Earnings + Overtime
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our expert workshop team. What You’ll Be Doing
• Carrying out advanced diagnostic work, repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and less experienced technicians
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, to manufacturer standards and within given timeframes
• Keeping accurate records of all work undertaken
• Contributing to a positive team culture where continuous improvement is encouraged
What We’re Looking For
• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Significant experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with diagnostic responsibilities
• Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults
• Full UK driving licence
• A strong focus on quality, safety and customer satisfaction
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional development
