Job Role:- Mechanical Design - Mobile Phone
Location(s) : Noida
Qualification : B.Tech
Exp : 5 - 12 Years
Salary : As per Industry Standard
Knowledge and Skill Required:-
1. Knowledge of Mechanical design guidelines for injection molding parts - Injection molded part design self-review, Various plastic raw materials and its processing requirements, Injection molding Process understanding (part wall thickness, drafts etc.)
2. DFM, DFA, DFMEA - Knowledge of part DFM and DFA, DFMEA knowledge.
3. Tolerance stack up and GD&T - Knowledge of GD&T implementation in drawing, Application of tolerance stack up in assembly.
4. Hands on experience in RCA (root cause analysis) - Understanding of problem, Root cause analysis
5. Product reliability testing - Knowledge of reliability testing standard for electromechanical devices, Knowledge of environmental testing for electromechanical devices
6. Tool design and injection molding process - Knowledge of injection molding tool deign, The common injection molding defects etc.
7. 3D design software knowledge - Creo7.0 preferred
