Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical engineering experience
At least 3 years of experience using ANSYS
Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and spec sheets
Strong understanding of industry standards
Ability to draw free body diagrams and analyze forces
Experience performing mechanical shaft calculations and equations to support the selection of components such as motors, gearboxes, ropes, pulleys, and bearings
Minimum of 3 years of seismic analysis experience
Proficiency in MATHCAD
Experience in structural engineering
Ability to document calculations clearly and respond effectively to customer feedback
Maintaining an inclusive environment through persistent self-reflection

Essential Skills
