Job Summary :
As a Media Buyer specializing in Meta Ads, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive sales conversions.
You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure the success of our advertising efforts, analyze performance data, and continuously refine our strategies for optimal results.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop, implement, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on sales conversions.
• Conduct thorough audience research and create precise targeting strategies to reach potential customers.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed goals.
• Perform A / B testing on various ad elements such as headlines, creatives, and landing pages to identify the most effective strategies.
• Stay up to date with Meta Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
• Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their objectives and ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketer with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Demonstrated success in driving sales conversions through paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and other relevant tools.
• Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting, and custom audience creation.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Meta Ads trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working in e-commerce or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with other paid social platforms such as , or Google Ads.
• Certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar Meta certifications.
