Most fresh graduates in media and communications spend their first year doing busywork. This role is different.
At Avadeti Media — the strategic communications arm of Ojas Group — you'll work directly with senior strategists on real campaigns for real brands. You'll learn how stories get placed, how narratives are built, and how media strategy actually works behind the scenes.
If you've studied journalism, mass communication, English, or PR and want to actually use that knowledge — this is your entry point into a full-time career.
What You'll Actually Do
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and campaign briefs with guidance from senior team members
• Reach out to journalists, digital platforms, and influencers — and learn what makes them respond
• Track and report on media coverage across campaigns
• Help coordinate press interactions, interviews, and events
• Get involved in campaign planning for brands across luxury, lifestyle, and corporate sectors
You won't be expected to know everything on Day 1. You will be expected to show up, be curious, and learn fast.
This Role Is for You If:
• You've recently graduated in media, communications, journalism, PR, or English
• You're based in Delhi NCR and can commute daily to our Gurgaon office
• You'd rather build a career than collect another certificate
• You're a strong writer in English and comfortable speaking with people
