MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, FULL-TIME. Will Train.
Our primary care center in the Loop is committed to providing extraordinary customer service and patient care through all stages of the treatment process, including billing and collections. We are looking for a bright, flexible, hard-working, positive-thinking person to join our team. We will train the right candidate if he/she possesses exceptional communication abilities, an aptitude for acquiring new skills, outstanding problem-solving/analytical abilities (including generating new, innovative ideas for increasing the speed and efficiency of current procedures), and, most importantly, a strong commitment to the administrative side of our growing medical practices. Attention to detail and extraordinary customer service skills are also essential. The ideal candidate will be looking for longevity with our team, be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and possess exceptional communication skills. The only absolute prerequisite: A desire to continually strive to learn and improve .
Rotating shifts including 730am-330pm, 8am - 4pm, and 10am-6pm on weekdays, as well as rotating Saturday coverage. 2 year (full-time) minimum availability required. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
