Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, including electronic health records (EHR). Preparing patients for examinations, assisting with procedures, and ensuring their comfort. Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rate. Supporting doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Maintaining inventory of medical supplies and equipment.Requirements Must have adult and PEDS experience. Floating is required. 2+ Years of experience.
