We are Hiring Medical Billing Associates – US Healthcare (Details & Claims Management)
Process : Duly & Linacre (Leading US-Based Healthcare Organization)
Location : Thane (w) , Mumbai ,Maharashtra
Shifts & Week Off : US Rotational Shifts & Weekend Off.
Salary : Upto 32,000 Monthly + Performance Incentives & OT
Transport: Home Pick-up or Drop Provided in Night Shifts Only.
About the Role
We are hiring experienced Medical Billing Associates for a US healthcare process with a focus on Details Review and Claims Management. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to strengthen their expertise in the international healthcare domain.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform detailed review of medical billing records and claims
• Handle claims processing, validation, and follow-ups
• Manage claims denials and denial resolution efficiently
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US healthcare billing standards
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for timely closures
• Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time as per process guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 06 months of experience in International BPO (Medical Billing) from Companies like (GeBBs, iNFINIX &...)
• Mandatory experience in Claims Denial and Management
• Prior exposure to US Healthcare processes
• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
