About the Role
Provide comprehensive medical care to veterans, including evaluating and treating patients, coordinating with other healthcare providers, and developing treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with residents and mid-level practitioners to ensure seamless patient care.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with community providers and VHA facilities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
A Master's degree in any discipline or a bachelor's degree with one year of experience as a Physician Assistant.
Successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE).
A full and unrestricted license to practice in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or in the District of Columbia.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
Conduct consultations and coordinate care across service lines.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
