Salary: ₹16,000 CTC per month post-certification

Job Description:
Visionary RCM in New Delhi is seeking detail-oriented and organized life science graduates to join our growing team as Medical Coders. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating medical records for accurate coding using ICD10. Responsibilities:
• Accurately review and code medical records according to ICD10 guidelines at Visionary RCM.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to ensure precise coding.
• Ensure that all coding is compliant with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and audits as needed.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of medical records.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance coding skills and stay current with industry changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in all coding activities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve coding processes and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by Visionary RCM.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a life science discipline, such as Physiotherapy, Nursing, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc., as required by Visionary RCM.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential.
• Willingness to work in an international time zone.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
