• Identify and create new opportunities • Personally, contact and secure new business customers • Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients • Manage and interpret customer requirements- speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs • Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions. • Maintain knowledge of competitor product and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies. • Provide technical information and explanations. • Update job knowledge by studying new product description, participating in educational opportunities • Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product/solution and company • Be able to travel and make visit to customers (hospital) across Malaysia. • Communicate with the Singapore office on daily basis and follow the instructions. · Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts for targeted products. · Responsible for the successful promotion of all company’s products to key targeted accounts. · Work Closely with Clinical Affairs department in supporting post marketing surveillance activities. • Maintain relationships with all pertinent account players, including physicians, nurses, technologists, and administrative personnel. Minimum Education Required: Bachelor or Master Degree in Medical, Engineering, Biomedical, Bioengineering Minimum Experience: • 3 years in sales of medical product or services
