Responsibilities
Be willing to wear many hats including administrative, customer service, entry level medical operations, and business development
Keeping the working area tidy and organized
Answer incoming phone calls from patients and scheduling all appointments
Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner- promptly as they are delegated
Accurately collecting information and personal details about patients review and follow-up on records requests when needed
Perform routine administrative tasks to support other team members
Check clients in and out, scheduled appointments/ manage calendar
Generate and follow up on inquiry leads from the website
Work well independently and accurately
Conduct individual vital signs and bio-metric screening
Manage registration and check in for Wellness programs including making/answering phone calls and writing emails
Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed
Must be geared towards WELLNESS and HEALTH
Ship and mail and packages to patients- print labels, package contents properly and ship promptly as orders come in
Keep an accurate inventory of all office supplies and materials and order them in a timely manner
Educating Patients on the qualities and benefits of our healing modalities
Take payments and refunds promptly appropriately
