Job Title: Medical Officer
• Location: Dr. Skin & Infertility Center, [Bihar]
• Department: Dermatology, Psychiatry, Obs & Gynae, and Medicine
• Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Officer to join our multidisciplinary team at Dr. Skin & Infertility Center. The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care across multiple departments including Dermatology, Psychiatry, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Medicine. This role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented professional who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall clinical excellence of our center.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outpatient consultations and examinations in Dermatology, Psychiatry, Obs & Gynae, and Medicine departments.
- Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions specific to each department's specialty.
- Performing minor procedures and treatments under supervision as per the protocols of each department.
- Collaborating with consultants, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Providing counseling and education to patients regarding their medical conditions and treatments.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients treated.
- Participating in departmental meetings, case discussions, and continuous medical education activities.
• Required Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and registration with the local medical board or FMGE Passout Candidates
- Previous experience in Dermatology, Psychiatry, Obs & Gynae, or Medicine departments is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current medical practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Desirable Skills:
- Experience in performing minor procedures relevant to Dermatology, Psychiatry, Obs & Gynae, or Medicine.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus, given our diverse patient population.
• Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexible hours based on departmental needs.
- Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required based on patient appointments and emergencies.
