What is the opportunity?
As a Medical Receptionist 2IC you will provide support to the Clerical Supervisor through effective delivery of administrative services to the clinic, be the go to person for clerical team members regarding day-to-day operations queries, act as a point of contact for the clinic and assist with training of new clerical team members.
As a Clerical Supervisor , you will liaise with key internal stakeholders to optimize both team and clinic resources ensuring the clinic operates with maximum efficiency.
