Full job description
A surgical specialist practice requires a Medical Receptionist/administrator.
2 locations; Kogarah ( Mondays and Fridays ) and Bondi Junction ( Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ).
Working Hours; 8AM until 3:30PM.
The successful applicant should have the following attributes;
Positive
Motivated
Punctual
Honest
Reliable
Well presented with good people skills
Prior administrative experience ( with references ) essential.
Key areas of responsibility:
Meet and greet patients
Scheduling patient appointments and responding to enquiries
Answering telephone calls and emails
Filing
General office administration as required for the role
We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality, excellent administrative skills and phone manner, and impeccable presentation.
