Medical Receptionist/Administrator at the Kaiapoi Medical Centre
Due to relocation of a staff member we have a part-time position available in our Admin team.
Duties include reception work, both face to face and by telephone, and associated administrative tasks.
The successful applicant will need to:
Be well spoken, and have excellent telephone and communication skills.
Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Be able to work in a team environment.
Have a high level of accuracy in data entry, invoicing and payment.
We are highly computerized, so computer skills are essential.
Experience in medical reception work an advantage but not essential.
Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.
We are ideally seeking a person to work 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), and to be available to cover sickness and leave.
