Job Overview: As a Receptionist at Lockstep Healthcare, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and organisational abilities will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who enters our clinic. You will handle appointment bookings, patient data management, and various administrative tasks to support our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a pleasant and professional attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently using our booking system.
• Maintain and update patient records in an organised and confidential manner.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.
• Address patient inquiries and provide information about our services.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials available.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and data management systems is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Empathetic and patient-centric approach to customer service.
• Preferably a native of Ahmedabad.
