We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced medical receptionist to join our friendly admin team in Treendale.
The position is casual with the potential for part time/full time and rotational weekend shifts.
We need someone who can provide exceptional service to our valued patients and a high level of support to clinical staff.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in general practice reception
Professional and courteous telephone manner
Caring and patient focused attitude
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, at times
Advanced computer and keyboard skills
Broad understanding of Medicare
Flexibility to cover 'some' annual and personal leave as part of a team
Current Drivers licence and own transport & ability to cover other locations when required
Desirable Criteria:
Experience using Best Practice or Genie software
Knowledge of Accreditation process
Current CPR Certificate
Previous worked in a General Practice or medical setting
