You will be responsible for the primary representation of SJGHC Langmore Centre Consulting Suites in maintaining exceptional reception, switchboard and clerical duties to provide an efficient and timely administration service to our Consultants, Patients and all Stakeholders both internally and externally
The Position
Computer skills in office packages – Genie Software.
General Medical Receptionist duties.
Booking Appointments.
Invoicing and Receipting of accounts.
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Attend and participate in staff meetings.
New patient coordination knowledge
Take reasonable care of themselves and others.
Not to interfere, bypass or misuse any system or equipment provided for health, safety and welfare purposes
You will have experience in a Medical Receptionist role, preferably in Specialists’ rooms. And ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
To succeed you will have ability to prioritise work requirements, work productively within a team environment and excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills.

We will offer you
Salary: $37.22 to $38.27 per hour (includes casual 25% loading) plus 12% superannuation
Casual position available.
