An admin, sales or event management background not required, but would be an bonus.
The role would commence with comprehensive onsite training for 3 weeks alongside an experienced team member.
The role would primarily be based at our Doncaster clinic, with some hours at our Croydon location too.
Shifts are Monday to Friday, and approx 38 hours per week.
Shifts include but not limited to:
Monday: 9am - 1pm. (approx 4 hours)
Tuesday: 7:30am - 12:30 pm & 2:30pm - 7:30pm (approx 10 hours)
Wednesday: 12:30pm - 7:30pm (approx 7 hours)
Thursday: 7:30am - 12:30 pm & 2:30pm - 7:30pm (approx 10 hours)
Friday: 7:30am - 2:30 pm (approx 7 hours)
General duties include but not limited to:
Provide superior customer service to clients.
Upselling clinical products to clients.
Setting up & running in-person marketing events.
Signing up leads.
Attend regular weekly training.
Re-book appointments and pre-book schedules as recommended by the practitioner.
Effectively communicate financial plans and terms of care to clients.
Assist the practitioner in any necessary assessments and/or health history.
Perform all administrative duties required in a timely manner.
Respond to all communication and emails in a timely manner.
Provide support to management with any IT queries on shift.
Observe all workplace health & safety.
Assisting the practitioners with any administrative needs.
Processing referrals.
Processing third party payments.
Liaise with other health professionals if required.
Processing xray image referrals and assuring accurate information entered and uploaded to appropriate system.
Liaising with medical equipment suppliers and tech support.
Cover other staff shifts if required.
Completing daily shift reports.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
