Job Description
Key Duties
Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage booking, changes, and confirmations for appointments by phone, email, and in person
Handle point-of-sale transactions and respond to basic billing or insurance-related inquiries
Submit, monitor, and follow up on direct billing claims for ICBC and extended health providers
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records while ensuring confidentiality
Coordinate with practitioners to support schedules and patient flow throughout the day
Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, faxing, and supply management
Keep reception and shared clinic areas clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with clinic laundry and support daily opening and closing procedures
Required Experience & Skills
Experience in a multidisciplinary clinic is considered an asset (required)
Proficiency with Jane App (required)
Familiarity with ICBC and extended health direct billing processes (required)
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Professional, patient-centered approach with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
High level of discretion when handling personal health information
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour
