Our clinics in picturesque Southern Tasmania are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. The role is a permanent full-time position working rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm at our clinics in Hobart, Kingston, Lenah Valley and Rosny.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.

Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our business hours.
Key Qualifications:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
