Our team of specially trained general practitioners uses advanced imaging technology to save lives and improve health through timely interventions. With clinics open six days a week, we prioritize skin health and early cancer detection.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at Melanoma Scan in Mitchelton, Nundah and Warner QLD.
The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and using medical terminology in a medical office setting.
Qualifications
Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills
Proficiency in Medical Terminology
Experience in a Medical Office environment
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic medical procedures and treatments
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
