The Lumus Imaging teams in Nundah are hiring a Medical Receptionist to join their team.
As a Medical Receptionist you will play an essential role in the experience our patients have when they visit our clinic for medical imaging appointments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be providing reception services and acting as the first point of contact for patients and practicioners. This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with people both face to face and over the phone as well as being able to navigate various technology and systems.
We have a position available for Permanent Part Time (30 hours per week/4 days per week) and Casual (cover sick and annual leave) - please indicate in your application your preference.
Our Nundah clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8.00 - 4.30pm and on Saturdays from 8:00-12pm - penalty rates apply for Saturday shifts.
Some travel to our sister clinic in Sandgate is required for all Medical Reception team members. On offer here is:

Customer service and care
Make exam bookings
MRI Bookings
General Clerical Duties
Patient record management
Medicare billing and banking
