Casual Medical Receptionist – Forrest Road Medical Centre
Location: Forrest Road, Padbury WA
Casual Position – Must be available to work some 2pm – 7pm shifts

The Role:
We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Casual Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. This is a flexible role ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and managing appointments
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
Processing billing and Medicare claims
Assisting with patient records and general admin duties
Supporting doctors, nurses, and fellow reception staff
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in medical reception or general admin
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Confident using medical software (e.g. Best Practice or similar)
Ability to work flexible hours, including cover for staff leave
