Expert Hearing Care is a market leader in the growing retail hearing health sector. We are actively fighting against the stigma that surrounds hearing health and wish to promote the idea that hearing checks are simple, quick and easy. This position is a unique mix of retail, sales and health and is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated and driven by purpose, this position also comes along with the opportunity to become the Store Manager.
What You Will Be Doing:
● Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our store located in Shopping Centre.
● Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
● Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer
leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability
What We Are Seeking:
● An experienced and talented professional to support & motivate the team to deliver
exceptional results
● An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis
● Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets
● Strong listening and communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities
● Basic computer literacy
