Key Responsibilities Include
Handling high volume inbound and outbound calls via digital call switchboard.
Answer, screen, and forward Phone calls and queries for the Business
Managing /Responding/forwarding the daily emails
Delivering assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken and calm manner in all circumstances
Performing routine clerical duties as required by the Manager
Office administration, Data Entry, Book Keeping
Skills We Are Looking For
Someone with experience in a customer service role
Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners.
Well-presented, hardworking, and enjoys helping people.
Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Photoshop.
Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
