Job Description
We are seeking someone who has the ability to manage multiple tasks while always meeting the practice and patient's expectations. This position requires a professional who has a flexible can do approach and is committed to building their skills as well as growing and developing in their working environment in line with the business needs.
Responsibilities Include:
Meeting and greeting patients
Booking patient appointments for multiple GPs
Creating and maintaining patient records
Organising patient paperwork and ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
Arrangement of follow up appointments
Mail, Billing, Filing, Scanning
The successful candidate requires:
Experience in medical reception/administration
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently with initiative, and as a team member
Excellent verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Advanced computer skills and be able to use an advanced medical patient booking system
Focus on quality customer service & attention to detail
